SpamEater Pro is quite an impressive product. You will need input your mail server information into SpamEater Pro along with your login information. After you do that, the program will connect with your mail server. The program allows you to choose if you want SpamEater to connect to your mail server on a timed basis or only at times you choose. After it’s all set up, you will check the email messages on the mail server for spam. You have the option of removing the Spam emails or saving the spam emails locally.
You can configurable a number checks to be performed on your email messages. SpamEater Pro 4 allows you to check to see if a message is from someone you WANT to receive emails from, a blocked sender, or a blocked country code. It can also check to see if the server that delivered the message is in one of any number of internet blacklist databases. New Spam bots are popping up every day. SpamEater Pro 4 will do all the updates for you so in most cases, they’ll know about a spam bot before YOU do. If an email is determined to be spam, or fails any of the SpamEater checks, you can choose it it should be silently deleted from your mail server, bounced back to the sender, or saved locally and deleted from the server. You can do any of that and you can easily cut-n-paste the email and report them to their ISP if you choose.
