SpamHause offers three levels of advisories for ISPs and network providers, SPL, XBL, and BPL. SPL is a database of non-recommended email addresses. XBL databases identify IP addresses of hi-jacked PC’s that have been affected with 3rd party exploits, BPL databases listings identify end-user IPs that should not be allowed to generate email without SMTP authentication.
